Jamón curado: Uniformly coloured slicing, intense ham aroma, traditional bouquet and delicate flavour.
Salchichón cular: Elliptic shape, approximately 80-85 mm in diameter, bias-cut slicing, very lean cut, non-acid bouquet and traditional spicing.
Chorizo: Elliptic shape, approximately 80-85 mm in diameter, bias-cut slicing, coarse mincing, non-acid bouquet and characteristic flavour.
Lomo curado: Pork loin in a casing seasoned with paprika, very lean cut and typical taste.
