Teruel pork ham. Straight leg. "V" -shaped skin. Externally fat-trimmed. No holes, cavities or fissures. Rounded narrow part. Minimum dry-curing period: 18 months. Uniformly coloured slicing. Typical Teruel ham aroma. The typical intramuscular fat of the product can be clearly seen on cutting. Specific bouquet due to the breed and the food. Fat melts smoothly in the mouth and spreads its characteristic taste.
