Covered with a fine layer of gelatin. Ham packed with all muscles except the hock. The wole piece retains the original anatomical structure of the ham. No added phosphates: Maximum commercial quality. Double cooked: this process maximises the aroma and delicate flavour of this product cooked in its own juice. Tasty and succulent. The juice retained in the muscles is released when eaten. Long-life in-package preservation.
