Characteristics

Selected pork bellies. Especielly lean and approximately uniform in size. Pleasant bouquet due to our traditional salting process. Excellent colour fastness when sliced. Excellent adherence between the 2 pieces. Excellent external coating (does not become glassy on drying or sticky in high temperatures). 2 pieces attached on the inside and bathed in a gelatin covering.

Keep it in a cool dry place, store between 12°C and 20°C.
